Order processing times
Our orders are processed within 1~5 business days. During seasonal times like Black Friday and Christmas, order processing can take up 5~8 business days. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order. We assure you that we will make all the efforts to process your order as soon as our capacity allows.

We ship from our warehouses located in the United States and Netherlands. We shipping worldwide.Â

Shipping costs
ă»Orders shipping to an address in the United States with an oder value of $49.99 or less have a rate of $4.95.
ă»Orders shipping to an address in Canada with an order value of $49.99 or less have a rate of $8.95.
ă»Orders shipping to an address in Europe with an oder value of $49.99 or less have a rate of $4.95~$9.95.
ă»Orders shipping to an address outside of USA, Canada and Europe with an oder value of $49.99 or less have a rate of $9.95.
ă»If we offer Free Shipping as campaign, please make sure to which country we refer, mostly it will be free shipping in the USA.
Returns, exchanges, cancellations
Full refunds and exchanges are offered for regular priced merchandise within 30 days of purchase (except specific items with badge 60-day money back guarantee) from our e-commerce stores, or within 30 days that tracking indicates an order has been delivered. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used to make the purchase. For all returns or exchanges:
Items must not be washed, worn or damaged.
All original tags must be attached.
You must present a valid receipt.
Sale and discount items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.Â
If you would like to cancel or make a change to your order, you are able to do so up to 24 hours after you receive your order confirmation. Please contact us directly at contact@madeofbalance.com so we can make these changes immediately. If your order ships after 24 hours from order confirmation and you decided to make changes to your order, mostly we will be not able to proceed that.Â
Should your order be identified as lost within the shipping carrier, we will ship a new order out immediately.Â
